What Does Puppy Fostering Involve?
Puppy fostering means caring for a puppy temporarily, giving them a safe, clean, and loving environment while they prepare for adoption. At Adoptadogbali, fostering is usually short-term, typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the puppy's needs, health, and development. After that period, the puppy will move on to their adopter or, if necessary, continue fostering with another caretaker.

A permanent commitment — fostering is temporary, for an agreed upon time. We will never ask you to keep the puppy longer
Fostering does not mean you are responsible for finding an adopter. While some foster parents help by introducing their puppy to friends or sharing their story, this is neither expected nor required. We consider this to be our job.
A guarantee that the puppy will behave perfectly from day one — rescued puppies often need consistency, reassurance, and a calm environment to learn.
